Here’s another comparison of the different Windows area; CONTROL PANEL. Through the years the Control Panel has become one of the central area on Windows OS that users always access. If you need to install and uninstall a program; you go to the Control Panel (ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS), to adjust a settings or modify an appearance; you go to the Control Panel (DISPLAY), and to adjust your Firewall settings; you go to the Control Panel (Windows firewall).

Over the years the Control Panel evolve to a icons only UI to a more organize setup.
