Windows 7, Windows Vista, and XP: Taskbar and Start menu

Now that Windows 7 is available for users to upgrade their OS or get it when they purchase a new computer. Here’s another comparison on the Taskbar and Start menu of Windows 7, Windows Vista, and XP.

Windows XP
Here’s a UI that we are all familar of, not that I’m saying we kept our Windows XP for almost 9 years or waited until Vista is gone. heheheh..

Windows Vista
On Vista, Microsoft adopt a more easy to use tabs and divided all the settings from 2 tabs (XP) to 4 (vista).

TOOLBARS
We usually see this settings when you right click on the taskbar then select TOOLBARS

Windows 7
From 4 tabs, they removed the notification tab and made some changes on the other tabs.

MS removed some options like the Privacy option and place the POWER BUTTON settings that you can see on the POWER OPTIONS on this tab.

From six settings, they removed Windows Media Player and Quick Launch
