More GodMode type folders on Windows 7

As posted on Windows 7 in “GodMode”, it appears that Windows 7 has lots of GodMode type folder/shotcuts.

An article posted on New.Cnet, these shortcuts/godmodes are intended for deverlopers and not for ordinary users or mere mortals. 🙂

In an e-mail interview, Steven Sinofsky, Windows division president, said several similar undocumented features provide direct access to all kinds of settings, from choosing a location to managing power settings to identifying biometric sensors.

Since strings are used to create these special folders, below are lists of strings that you can use:


As for the GodMode folder, the strings that you need to use is “GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}”
