Yes, that’s the specs for the Samsung Galaxy Spica (I5700). Samsung will be releasing an upgraded version of their Galaxy Spica (I5700) later this March 2010 and will now be using the latest version of Andriod 2.1, realtime view finder, improved widgets, contact management and using nine side-scrolling screens.

No information on the name of the product as well as the price but the unit will be available in Germany, then be rolled out to the othe European Markets, then Southeast Asia, Middle East, Asia, Africa and rest of the world.
