Written by | Gadgets

One of the perks in buying an electronics appliances or even gadgets here in K.S.A. is that the SRP here are much lower than the price they have back in the Philippines. Just checkout this 32″ Sony BRAVIA EX523 LED TV that we just got. Bought this from Sony World in Granada Mall for SR2,499 or Php 28754.44 (According to Yahoo! Currency Converter).

What’s interesting about BRAVIA EX523 LED is that you can actually surf the net, just plug in the RJ45 to the built-in ethernet port of the TV and viola, you can surf any web site via Opera Browser, stream Internet TV/videos from Netflix, YouTube, Qriocity, Pandora, Hulu Plus and other online video streaming and it has a built-in media player that can play different media files.

The Sony BRAVIA has a 32″ back-lit LED display capable of full Full HD at 1080p, X-Reality™ Engine processor and 24p True Cinema™ Technology all Sony Tech. It is also Wifi-ready, so if you don’t want to add more of those snaking cables, then just use one of those USB Wifi antenna.

Here are other notable features of the Sony 32″ BRAVIA EX523 LED (Internet) TV:
Full HD 1080p at 16:9 aspect ratio
LED backlit
X-Reality Engine
24p True Cinema™ Technology
Intelligent MPEG Noise Reduction
Live Color™ Technology
Parental Control
built-in browser
Wi-Fi ready
2 X USB input
1 X Ethernet port
PC In (D-Sub) + Audio In (Stereo Mini) : D-Sub 1(Side), Mini 1(Rear)
Energy Star® compliant

The only drawback for this TV is that I just like using the remote as your keyboard ala cellphone keypad and it’ll be cool if there’s a compatible keyboard/mouse for this TV!!!
