If you want to know what is the future of Photography/digital camera, then checkout these Concept/Prototype Nikon Camera that was recently on display at French Cité des sciences et de l’industrie exhibit.

I’m a Nikon owner and sure I’d want to see what will be the successor of the Nikon D3100 that I’m using now, but these prototype/concept camera may not be mass produce in the near future, since Nikon probably have it’s product line up for the next 5 years.

Checkout the photos after the break:

Nikon camera prototype w/ three interchangeable pieces – LCD screen, lens and grip/handle.

Looks more like the Wii U, but this one is a camera and not a gaming console. This one has 6 inches screen (multi-touch?) and adjustable lever or handle.

This one is called the Multi-ball, “multi-views that can capture the atmosphere of a scene“, Panoramic 3D perhaps?

Nikon i-Ball, sounds like a camera that Apple will manufacture. I guess Nikon already got the name i-ball. 🙂

You can hit the source link for more photos or just go to Paris to view the official exhibit page, you’ll need to ready Google translate for this one.
