Nikon Germany announces Red Nikon D3100!

Written by | Gadgets, Photography

Nikon just made something they have not done in a long while, actually this will be the first time Nikon will be doing this. They just announced a red version of Nikon D3100 though no update or changes in the specs.

The red Nikon D3100 will only be sold in Germany, Sweden, Romania. etc. and then in Japan, though I won’t be surpise if I see red Nikon D3100 in some of the stores here in Riyadh, specially in Batha. In a press release by Nikon Germany, the red Nikon D3100 will be available on September 22, 2011 and will exclusively be available on Amazon.de, and will cost 599 EUR with a AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-55mm 1:3.5 – 5.6G VR kit lens, that’s almost Php 35,400.00 (Pesos) or SR 3,122.

Personally though, the red D3100 looks more like the red Canon ESO 1000D specially when it almost all Nikon lenses are in black. For more information about the Nikon D3100 you can click here and my own review here.
