CBCP launches Undas Online

Written by | Internet

Media Office of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines just launched the web site Undas Online. A site for Filipinos who will not be able to visit their departed love ones in the cemetery.

via UndasOnline.com.

This project has materialized with the following in mind: a) Filipinos who are homebound and have no way of visiting the cemeteries: b) Filipinos who are far from their love-ones, such as those in other countries; c) Filipinos who are seafarers.

The site also contains a lot of resources on the coming All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day, and you can also send prayer or mass request thru the web site. On a personal note, there is no alternative if you’re sincere and you pray from the heart.

It’s so timely and progressive initiative! Kudos ! Our fellow “kababayans” abroad are really in dire need in observing our religious practices in any way and in anyhow they can. This initiative is the PERFECT way addressing the needs of our time ,going beyond boarders to do freely and still follow our tradition without offending other religious denominations and being in ONE praying for our lovedones who have gone ahead of us. God bless the team bahind UNDAS ONLINE!
