If you’re an Apple Fan, this will be the best time to be in Singapore, since Apple is now accepting pre-order for the iPhone 4s. The starting price for a 16 GB iPhone 4s is S$ 948.00 (SGD) which is according to Yahoo it’s almost SAR 2,800, so you can expect that once the iPhone 4S becomes available locally, it’ll be around the same price of the original iPhone 4 which is SAR 2,500.
One draw back of a locally released iPhone 4 do not have the facetime feature which I expect will be the same with the iPhone 4S, but I’m still hoping facetime will be available this time.
For the complete price matrix from SGD to SAR, just checkout the chart below.
16GB – S$948.00 (SGD) – SAR2,792.11
32GB – S$1,088.00 (SGG) – SAR3204.44
64GB – S$1,238.00 (SGD) – SAR3646.23

So it’s safe to say that 2 edition of iPhone 4S will also be sold in KSA, the European and Middle East edition; where in the European edition will have the Facetime feature and the Middle East edition will obviously not have the facetime.
If you can remember iPhone 4S was initially available in US, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan and UK, then a worldwide roll-out to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland by the end of October.
