I’m sure you’ve seen the video (above) and now Acer says that the Iconia Tab A200 is now official. The Acer Iconia Tab A200 is a 10.1″ Acer tablet powered by a NVIDIA® Tegra™ 2 Dual Core A9 (1 GHz), running HoneyComb (no joy there) and the usual bells and whistles of an Android tablet for the full specs, just head on to the source link below.

But what Acer is doing to distinguish their tablet from other Android tablet is they have what you call the Acer Ring, that improves the multi-tasking and provide easy access to any apps from any screen. The Acer Iconia Tab A200 is already being sold to selected countries last November running Android 3.2 (Honeycomb), while those that will have with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich or ICS) will be on January 2012 and at the same-time free upgrade for those Iconia Tab A200 running Android 3.2 (Honeycomb).

Acer have been silent on the price but if the Acer ICONIA TAB A200 is the replacement of the A200 then we may see the pricetag at the $350 to $400 range.
