Ok, I’m gonna let the grammar error go since I’m also guilty on that part but this guy committed a bunch of mistakes on his call that are mortal SIN if you are call center agent. First, video recording your call then making fun of your customer (and uploading it on Youtube!) and the way he handle the call. I’ve worked in a call center long enough to know that this guy is not taking his work seriously and will surely put the company in hot waters if he ever encounter those one of a kind customers.
