Video: How iPads are made?

It’s not a secret that Apple contracted Foxconn to manufacture and assembles a number of Apple products like the iPad and if you’re wondering how they’re doing it, then you can watch this video (after the break) by Rob Schmitz; it’s a 2 and a half minute video that shows how Foxconn employees manufactures the Apple iPad.

Marketplace Shanghai Bureau Chief Rob Schmitz is only the second reporter ever to gain access to visit the factory floor at Apple’s Chinese producer Foxconn.

Just like any manufacturing plant, all ipads, pass through a number of assembly line and are tested to make sure the hardware are working as designed. If you notice the software (iOS) is not installed by Foxconn, since it’ll be installed once they arrive to the country where they will be sold.
