Apple Store now officially down for WWDC 2012 and other details

Written by | Apple, Tech

If you happen to visit the apple store right now, you’ll see that the store is now officially down for a while but don’t worry as this could mean nothing but just some final wrap ups in line with the company’s  Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2012 which is set today until June 15 at Moscone West convention center, San Francisco, California. Read on to know more information about this important date for Apple and aspiring iOS developers.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN WWDC 2012
About an hour to go tonight (Philippine Standard Time), the WWDC 2012 will already officially start and most likely, the event will cover topics about:

1. iOS 6 – A clear shot from CNET.com shows a banner being set up in the venue of WWDC. Take a look at the photo below with the very noticeable new iO6 icon.

2. iCloud – a second banner shows up fresh from the event venue showing iCloud with iOS X Lion banner also spotted at the back.

3. OS X Maountain Lion – As announced by Apple back in February, a new version of OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion is about to come out this year so this one is sure one topic that would be discussed at the session. Watch the OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion Developer Previewhere.

More topics including MacBooks, Apple TV and iPhone are also said to be discussed at the WWDC12. There are a lot of sites right now who are  live blogging about this event but I found the most interesting in MacRumors and MacStories.  You can also join the conversation on Twitter through searching the hash tag #WWDC12.
