As mentioned, these new Lumia phones sport astounding features or even features never seen in any other smartphones to date.

Nokia Lumia 920 has an advanced camera features featuring an Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a feature that allows user to get rid of that blur capture on circumstances when his hand is not rock steady. Its PureView imaging technology is capable of generating clear, vivid and bright photos even under either too bright or too dark condition.

Both Nokia Lumia 920 and 820 units are also the first ever smartphones to allow wireless charging. With the aid of additional accessories such as Charging Pillow by Fatboy™ and Recharge Pillow, it’s quite easier now to keep these phone powered up without the need to plug.

In terms of navigation technology, Nokia Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 has a pre-built Nokia Maps app which user can use anytime and anywhere even offline.

A number of powerful MS applications is also available in this Lumia handsets including Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet Explorer 10 which can be fully used to prepare and create word and excel documents and presentations as well as browse seamlessly on the go.  With the free SkyDrive storage, files can be synced into personal computer and access them anywhere with ease. It’s also possible to share them with co-workers or colleagues with the aid of SharePoint or Office 365.

There is no announcement yet as to when these phones will be available in the Philippines. I’m guessing that the two rival networks here are already planning to get units for their respective subscribers.
