angry birds star wars- android, ios, windows phone and pc versionRovio Entertainment, the company behind popular games, Angry Birds and Bad Piggies will soon release a new series “Angry Birds Star Wars” on November 8 worldwide and will be available on different mobile platforms including Android, iOS, Windows Mobile, Amazon Kindle Fire and even a PC version!

Set in a faraway galaxy, Angry Birds will continue to chase and smash the piggies in an attempt to get back and revenge for their stolen eggs!

Rovio CMO Peter Vesterbacka in an interview said that the coming special edition of the widely anticipated game  is the most exciting Angry Bird project they’ve ever done!

“As a big ‘Star Wars’ fan myself, I’m really excited about this new universe. The Force is definitely strong with this one.” said the Rovio CMO in an interview

The Angry Birds Star Wars will be truly exciting because it’s the first time that each bird will have a new look smashing its classic style and a Star Wars character! The settings and storyline will also seem to adapt the Star Wars saga! Moreover, each character will have special powers according to their Star Wars role.

Aside from the looks, settings and special powers, more elements are also expected to thrill users throughout the gameplay.

Angry Birds is by far, one of the most successful mobile game on smartphones and tablets and even PCs. In fact, its latest special edition “Angry Birds Space” set the record of “Fastest Growing Mobile Game” in history with 50 million downloads within 35 days only!

Will we be able to witness yet another record with the release of Angry Birds Star Wars? That’s more likely to happen!
