Dropbox app now allows browsing of photos, videos from your Android!

Dropbox - saving photos made easyDropbox is focusing on other ways to magnet its existing users and maximize their cloud service. Starting with the new dropbox app for android where users can now browse photos and videos easily, aside from syncing files from their device straight to the cloud automatically!

I just updated mine Friday and I want to share that the Dropbox app (version 2.2) for Android is a better update because it fixes some of the under the hood issues and added some tune ups. The new, modern look reminds me of Microsoft’s Skydrive which offers the biggest cloud space (7 GB) for free! I used both services though together with another free cloud storage, Google Drive!

If you haven’t updated your Dropbox app yet, simply go to Google Play using your smartphone, Go to My Apps then select Dropbox from the list of Apps installed on your device then click Update. Wait to until the download finish then launch your app.

Aside from dedicated viewing functionality for photos and videos, you can also organize your files, favorite, and share them to you friends in just  few clicks.

Take a look at the gallery below taken from my Android phone to learn more of what I’m talking about!
