LTO will be releasing the long delayed driver’s license card on Monday, December 19, 2016.

In an article on Philippine Daily Inquirer, LTO chief Edgar Galvante said those who have pending applications from Jan. 1 to Oct. 16 may claim their cards at 36 licensing offices in Metro Manila on Dec. 19 and later warned the public not to deal with fixers.

The new license card will still have the 3 years validity, since these are from the old administration and the 5 years validity will be issue to those who will renew their license this 2017.
