If you are using Pixel, Pixel XL, Nexus 5X, Nexus Player, and Pixel C, and enrolled in the Android Beta Program, then you should be getting the public beta of Android Nougat 7.1.2.

Google announced the roll out earlier today (or yesterday), that they will release the public beta of Android Nougat 7.1.2. The company also said that an update for Nexus 6P is also being prepared. You can enroll your device to the Android Beta Program here.

In a blog post, Dave Burke, VP of Engineering said;

Android 7.1.2 is an incremental maintenance release focused on refinements, so it includes a number of bugfixes and optimizations, along with a small number of enhancements for carriers and users.

Google is expected to release the final version of the update in a couple of months, just in time for Google I/O 2017, where the company usually announced major updates, new features and services that they will introduce to Android.
