Apple to officially open its Orchard Road Store in Singapore on May 27, 2017

Apple will officially open its first store Southeast Asia this May 27, 2017.

In an article on HardwareZone SG, the 2-storey high store was wrapped in a “white wallpaper for two weeks with “Apple loves the little red dot” icons on it,’ and was taken down last May 21 that reveal the store’s interior.

First floor will be the main store where shoppers will be able to try and buy everything Apple, while the second floor will be where the “Today at Apple” free sessions will be held.

Apple even posted the directions on how to get there;

Apple Orchard Road is located in the Orchard Road shopping district at 270 Orchard Road in Singapore. The store is situated near the intersection with Bideford Road, in the Knightsbridge building. Parking: Grand Park Orchard Carpark, located on Bideford Rd. Public Transit: MRT stations Orchard and Somerset. Multiple local buses serve the area.

Singapore is already considered as one of the shopping Mecca in the region and the addition of Apple Store will just turn the country into a much bigger shopping and tourist magnet.
