Apple will no longer sell iPod Nano and iPod Shuffle

After updating the iPod lineup, Apple have discontinued the iPod Nano and iPod Shuffle. The iPod Nano and iPod Shuffle are the last two iPods that are not running iOS.

An Apple representative said in an article on Business Insiders;

Today, we are simplifying our iPod lineup with two models of iPod Touch, now with double the capacity, starting at just $199, and we are discontinuing the iPod Shuffle and iPod Nano.

Both the iPod Shuffle and iPod Nano are no longer available from Apple’s website and online store. Apple introduced the original iPod Nano and iPod Shuffle in 2005.
