A day after Samsung officially announce the Note 8, Samsung Philippines announced that their latest “phablet” smartphone will be available for pre-order on September 8, 2017. An unlock Note 8 will have a starting price of Php49,990, and the price will just get higher as you upgrade the storage and other configuration option.
In an article on Yugatech, Samsung reported to offer 0% installment plan with select credit cards and an installment financing company.
Consumers can enjoy purchasing the Samsung Galaxy Note8, which is priced at Php49,990 with 0% interests by using Citibank, BDO, and Home Credit as a mode of payment. Citibank will offer a 0% installment plan for 36 months (Php1,388.61 per month) and 24 months (Php2,082.92 per month). BDO will offer a 0% installment plan for 24 months.
Home credit will also be offering a 0% interest installment plan for 12 months. Consumers can avail the plan by going to any participating outlets and presenting the necessary requirements.
It’s still unclear if Samsung Philippines will offer Note 7 owner discounts when they purchase or upgrade to the new Note 8, similar to the one that they’re offering in the United States.
